We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator who, based at our Head Office near Northampton, will assist the area sales managers with administrative tasks, ensuring that adequate support is provided to work efficiently.
The ideal person will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. The following office experience would be required; general scheduling, telephone skills, typing and document skills, meeting planning, good verbal & written communication, dependability, attention to detail.
The task of the Office Administrator will include:
- Support Area Sales Manager
- Manage customer enquiries by receiving and distributing communications
- Mange customer appointments and site visits
- Create and maintain customer records and database
